It is that time of year again when Sydney heats up and the party invitations come down off the fridge as you prepare your calendar for the week ahead. A good friend of mine was engaged last weekend and the lovely soiree took place on the balcony of the famous Bennelong restaurant, home to the French cooking of chef Guillaume Brahimi.
