Les Petits Mouchoirs - Pyla Sur Mer And Cap Ferret

F Scott Fitzgerald once wrote in 'Tender Is The Night' that the 'Diver's had discovered the South Of France for the Americans'. If that is the case then I would like to lay claim that I discovered Pyla Sur Mer and Cap Ferret for the Australians. It is the most enjoyable place with the most beautiful scenery. Thankfully not many people know about it as Australians in general believe that the French Riviera is the only place to go in France in the summer. Let's hope they keep thinking that. Notice on the right side of me the sign 'Passage Interdit'... Pyla Sur Mer and Cap Ferret were the backdrop to that superlative French film 'Les Petits Mouchoirs' which came out in 2011. This photo is taken at La Corniche, the famed restaurant which forms part of the movie through the owner Joel Dupuch .
