So, I want to say something here. The first time I saw this red-white-blue ribbon band detail on navy suits was at a store called Inapore on the Rue De Rennes, Paris 6eme last July. The owner of the store had a navy suit in the window with red-white-blue ribbon sewn into the breast pocket top side and potentially on the patch pockets - but I could be wrong. I tried it on but it did not fit and I decided to go for a one button navy suit he had on sale. Very very good value for what it was. Now this red-white-blue ribbon detail has shown up a year later on StreetFsn.
Now to the next bit - the dude below shows up everywhere. Paris, Florence, New York, Milan - who is he? But more importantly, how does he fund this jet set lifestyle which must involve some serious time with his tailor in between jaunts. If anyone can answer this question, I would be delighted to receive the answer as a comment. I got to the bottom of finding out who Angelo Flaccavento is and now I want to find out about this other dark horse of international fashion...
The last thing I want to say is, what is your opinion on the number of working buttons that should be shown on a bespoke sleeve?
Thank you Michael for passing that on. And here is the answer:
