One person at a time. Alessandra was living in Sydney, Australia but returned home just prior to the Sydney lockdown and thanksfully she is safe and well but finding confinement difficult and taxing emotionally. They have a strict lockdown policy over there which means she can go to the pharmacy for medication, to the supermarket for essentials, but that's it. Save one other thing - she can go and take her horse for a walk - which she does gleefully.
