Hugh Hefner's name is always mentioned with part humour (the bimbos), part nostalgia (for all that he was and has done) and part envy (see previous two observations). But seldom do we afford Hugh the sartorial respect he deserves. Ok, he takes it a little too far from time to time, but the above shirt, which I cut for myself during this lull in shirt demand, is a tribute to someone I think is actually very classical when it comes to shirting. Time and time again you can find Hugh in a baby blue with white collar and cuff, then at others in the more daring number above. But his taste in cut and style is classic - and here I take my hat off to him. Not for the bimbos, not for the camcorders - but to a man of impeccable taste when it comes to classic shirting.
