Dolce and Gabana's look below is quintessentially the new wave we are seeing in formal wear. The Smoking jacket features a notched lapel with padded smoking jacket fabric, there seems to be piping all over the jacket and I definitely think the turned back sleeve is coming back. It's also featured in Tom Ford's dinner collection. Wheras Tom Ford seems to be more obsessed with tartan, Dolce and Gabana have a more refined, less of a statement look.
